Cannot open shared object file: cod 4 linux debian 64-bit

Okay... I know you people have a lot of trouble with starting a CoD4 server on Linux Debian / Ubuntu. The next error is when you launch ./cod4_lnxded
./cod4_lnxded: error while loading shared libraries: libgcc_s.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Solution

When you downloaded the CoD4 files for Linux, there are these files:
cod4-linux-server
cod4_lnxded
cod4_lnxded-bin
libgcc_s.so.1
libstdc++.so.6
Those last two are the most important! What you have to achieve is that your libgcc_s.so.1 and libstdc++.so.6 files are available for the ./cod4_lnxded application. This is what you should do (everytime before you start the server):
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/cod4server
In my case is /home/cod4server the path to the files. So if would be useful to put it in your start.sh shell file. Good luck!

unrar repository

When you need to unrar a file with
unrar e filename.part01.rar
you need something like unrar 4.x or above. It's not default in the ubuntu/debian repository. Just add
deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian sid main non-free
to
/etc/apt/sources.list

Go to the end press
i
Add a new line with
